To clean a championship belt plates you need two things:
Micro Fiber Towel (Cloth used to clean Eye Glasses)
Isopropyl Alcohol or Light Soapy Water
First pour some drops of Isopropyl Alcohol on the plates and then take the Micro Fiber Towel (Cloth used to clean Eye Glasses) and rub it gently in circular movements until the stains or dust vanished and the surface get dried from Isopropyl Alcohol. If Isopropyl Alcohol is not available then don't worry you can use a light soap water to clean the plates but be careful about the cloth used for cleaning only use Micro Fiber Towel!
